Lux Home Near Downtown Gilbert and Chandler-4 Bdrm w/ Pool Table-Pool-Park

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 2 miles to Downtown, the Gilbert Getaway is a recently updated relaxation destination that is perfect for your friends and family. This home is centrally located to some of Arizona's best bars, restaurants, hikes, shops, golf courses, museums, and activities. Hangout and shoot some pool, play some games, binge watch your favorite streaming apps or jump in the pool.
The space
The house is located in downtown Gilbert and is 1900sq. It's a cozy home for the entire family or group of friends. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 1 king(Master), 2 queens, and two twins. The sectional couch I have can also be used as a bed as its pretty comfortable. I also have a queen inflatable mattress( upon request) and could get another one if needed. There are two living rooms, one is a game room that has a pool table and 65inch TV. The other is more of a family room next to the kitchen that also has a 65 inch TV. Watch your favorite streaming service using Roku guest mode to easily log you out after check out. Free coffee and tea available in Keurig form or coffee pot. There is a large a large fenced backyard so you can bring your fur babies or just enjoy the fresh air.

There is plenty of parking in the garage and drive way. There are two RV gates!!

We do allow dogs with prior approval. They are part of the family after all!!

Incredible House

The house was well equipped and very clean. The host was a great communicator and exceptionally hospitable. Fabulous quiet neighborhood and close to anything you could imagine. We’d definitely stay again if ever traveling though Arizona.

Nice place in a good location

Nice 4 bedroom - plenty of room for our girls trip (6 adults and 3 kids). Kitchen was spacious and had almost everything we needed. Pool was fun (but wished it was heated). Shower in the master was great - loved the rainfall shower head! Owner was very responsive and helpful!

Wonderful location for remote work

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for two weeks in early April. Property is as advertised. House was clean and grill was like brand new. Beds are super comfortable. There is a bonus room off the master bedroom which was set up as an office - perfect location for me to work remotely. While we enjoyed sitting out by pool, it was still too cold to swim. We enjoyed the pool table and porch swing. We will definitely stay here on future AZ visits.

Excellent Location

We stayed here with our family during a recent visit. The house was great and the location was wonderful. It was central to everything we needed. The only thing that I would have to say we didn't enjoy was that the pool was not heated. Since we were there at the end of April the weather was nice enough to swim but the pool water was so cold that it made it difficult to want to get in. Also the pool light was broken so we couldn't really be out there at night even though there was a string of patio lights along the back porch. But all in all, we'd stay here again.
