Looking for the perfect base for exploring Central NH? Our condo is close to many activities and attractions, and is perfect for relaxing and recharging. Walk to Tenney Mountain Resort. Minutes from Newfound Lake, Plymouth State U, Rumney Rocks, Polar Caves, hiking trails, restaurants, etc. Franconia Notch, the Kanc, Ice Castles only half an hour away.

Highlights include a well-equipped kitchen, WiFi, loft with workspace, high ceilings with skylights, and free parking.

The first floor has an open space with a living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry, and half bath. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a queen bed, plus its own private full bathroom.

On the second floor is a spacious loft with workspace and futon. The second bedroom, which is adjacent to a full bathroom, has two twin beds.

Our patio has a dining set, so go ahead and dine al fresco when the weather is nice!

This place was a perfect Tenney weekend getaway. So clean, spacious and inviting. The back yard has a perfect sledding hill. The host is very organized, providing great details and recommendations in the area and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to come stay again soon!

We absolutely loved Tenney mountain and this property! The location cleanliness and space were all excellent. Tenney is so nicely redone, amazing beginner and family friendly skiing, great lodge, food, entertainment and new little donut hut! Also kids went tubing and great j bar lift and fun! All around awesome spot for families!!

Condo in beautiful lakes region

We had a great stay. Property was clean, well supplied, everything labeled and easy to use. Only draw back deck was rotted to the point it was not safe for us to use. Even so would consider staying here again.

Great condo located in a quiet, safe area. The listing accurately showed the property. Clean and nicely decorated. Close to recreational areas with several stores and restaurants nearby. A short drive to Plymouth for more. The owner was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. Would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Plymouth NH area.

Clean & Comfy

The property was very clean and comfortable. It is a large, spacious townhouse in a quiet community. It is close to restaurants and shopping which makes it very convenient. We stayed here while visiting my son at Plymouth State. It was an easy 10 minute ride to visit with him on campus. Overall, we had a lovely stay and recommend it to others!

Cute condo

Stayed for a weekend while in town for college hockey games. So much better than staying in a hotel. This was the perfect little condo for us. Condo was clean and nicely funished. Kitchen appliances seemed pretty new. Hope to stay again when we come to town.
