Tucked away from the crowds, this condo offers a relaxing coastal escape with all the comforts of home.

Enjoy easy access to miles of walking and biking trails, plus the quiet shores of Fish Haul Beach - known for its wildlife, tidal pools, and stunning sunsets.

The condo is located on the third floor (sorry, no elevator) in a peaceful and gated complex with 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center, sauna & hot tub.

Shops, restaurants and grocery stores are only a few miles away. This beach villa has everything you need for a memorable vacation. Wake up early and enjoy spectacular sunrise or go for an evening walk on the beach and see the amazing sunset.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets allowed. There will be a $400 fine for any unauthorized pets. Do not feed the stray cats. This is against the HOA rules and results in fines.
No smoking. You will be responsible for deep cleaning which can be as much as $350.
No house parties, loud events or underage drinking. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am.

The north side of Hilton Head Island is very peaceful. There is so much nature around and you can ride a bike on the paths without bumping into other people. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking.
