The place was beautiful and spacious. We loved the fact that we could swim and see the beach at the same time. Security staff was awesome as well. Pools and beach were all within a 2-5 minute walk. It was an amazing place.

This is our second year here! I am ready to go back again! I truly can’t believe was a perfect place this is at such an affordable price. You can’t find a better/ cheaper place right on the beach in all of Hilton Head.

This property is very nice, condo has all that you need. Pool and grounds are very nice and well kept. The sound is beautiful and the sunrise can’t be missed. The host was very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. Would love to stay here again.

The price and accommodations were great. The only complaint was checkin was 4 pm and checkout 9:30 am… 11 am would gave been much better.

The condo was clean. The condo wasn’t too far from the beach. Several buildings away from the beach. I came with boys and they enjoyed the crabs, birds, fish, and wildlife. The boys enjoyed the pool. They enjoyed going to the indoor pool after 8pm.

“Fore the Halibut” was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Short walk to their beach on the Broad River side of HHB. Beds were comfortable and space was good for two couples. Stacy was attentive to messages and we enjoyed our stay. Short drive to the ocean public beaches which had nice facilities. Very close to some nice restaurants and a distillery/winery/brewery. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Hilton Head Island.

Great Stay

Beautiful and convenient place to stay while in the area. Short walk to the beach and very close to the airport. Very responsive communication with the owner and the complex was both safe and well taken care of.

We come twice a year to HHI & it was nice to experience this side of the island; however, we prefer nearer to Coligny. The following are my personal preferences: I did not like the airport nearby, didn’t see that in the listing description and the planes were crazy loud. While the host was accommodating on the AC issue, it was disappointing to hear that it was on the fritz as we arrived, and the sound running all night long was challenging for me. And I’m always a stickler for linens and toiletries. There were Not 2 full rolls of TP upon arrival (we always came prepared with our own) and the towels/hand towels were horrible.

Great stay and great hosts! My adult niece and I were looking for a 2 bd/2 bath condo close to the beach where we could enjoy HH for a week and this was perfect! Reasonable rate, responsive host, somewhat off the beaten path but still close to everything HH has to offer and very quiet at night. Layout provides for completely separate bed/bath which is great with kids, couples or two adults like us. The check in and check out processes were very easy. Pools were close by, staff was friendly and the landscape/pools were well maintained. Not really many bugs which was nice. Highly recommend!

Long weekend getaway

My family and I had a great time at Hilton head. The unit was in a very peaceful location, great for families, with a very relaxing atmosphere. Would love to visit again :-)

The place was very nice and the outdoor surroundings were excellent. Appreciated the proximity to the airport and to getting around on Hilton Head. My only issue was that I thought from the pictures that it had an open balcony patio, but it was actually enclosed. That was my bad owner host. The owner/host was wonderful to work with, and there were no issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
