Take a break and unwind at this peaceful top notch private room . This space features 1 private bedroom, work station, private bathroom with a private entrance and a dedicated parking spot. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, portable ac and wifi available. My space has it's own private entrance, private room, work station and private bathroom. It also comes with private parking space. There's no form of cooking allowed in the space whether by electric stove or gas. This is to prevent any fire hazard and keep the room clean for other future guests.
NO CHANGES TO DATES but Changes to bookings can only be done when a guest wants to extend their bookings/stay. Be advised that we would not be responsible for any injury sustained on our property. Thank you.

Clean and comfy spot in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Boston. The host was super responsive and helpful. Just a heads up it’s attached to the owner’s home, and I was woken up a couple of times by kids early in the morning. Great value overall, but probably not the best fit if you're looking for total peace and quiet.

Small but adequate

If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay near Boston to sleep for a few nights, this is the no-frills place for you. An adequate bed, coffee maker, coffee, a few styrofoam cups, and some TP are the accommodations here. Bring everything else with you. The neighborhood was very quite and felt very safe.

Perfect Spot, Perfect Price

Very cozy small place in Braintree, a few minutes outside of Boston. Good heating and AC. Comfortable low bed and pillows. Nice desk to work in if you need to. Excellent internet. Bathroom was nice and clean. Only issue was the TV, the screen would black out while sound still played. We didn’t really use the tv anyways. But other than that, our hosts were very accommodating, communication was 5 stars. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Small, but really comfortable and very clean!!! We travel a lot, and really, this one is up at the top of being spic-n-span, especially the bathroom, and everything was color-coordinated, so nice! The bed was cozy and just right for hitting it after a long day of walking and driving: not too soft, not too hard. The kitchenette was well-stocked with K-pods of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, cream, and sugar. There was a small portable aircon: we didn't need it, but it was good to know that we could regulate the temperature in the room to our liking. A separate side parking and entrance. Excellent and quick communication. Strongly recommend!

The steps outside were broken and uneven. The bed was as big as the room and I tore my leg trying to get around. There is nowhere to put suit case. I’m 80 years old and I will definitely attest that this is not senior friendly

For what it's worth, it's good for the price. Relatively quiet neighborhood and a good amount of space for privacy. It had everything I needed on a budget. - WiFi is provided when you ask. - There's towels. One body and one face towel. And room spray if you need it. - There's a fan to keep you cool, but I only found out on my last day or so. You have to turn the dial on the back of it. - Simple lamp in bedroom that acts as a good light. - A fridge for any leftovers you have. And that's about it. Just be aware that people renting the area next to you can be loud at times.
