Thank you, Ceara! It was a pleasure hosting you both! ❤️ You guys were awesome! 👏
Super cute place. Only thing is anyone moving around in the upper unit you will hear every bit of it. Location was super convenient for us as we were just staying the night for a concert at the TD Garden.
Neat place to stay! Larger space than the photos made it seem. It is roughly a 10 minute walk to the subway station nearby.

Thank you so much for the kind review, Taylor! It was a pleasure hosting you both! And just to clarify, since there’s two metro stations (Red Line) close to our property. Ashmont T Station is the one closest to our property, and it’s a 5-7 minute walk, while Shawmut T Station is a 7-10 minute walk. We always like to recommend Ashmont T Station, as there’s a couple of coffee shops, Tavolo Ristorante, and an American Provisions just across the station.
The Boiler Room at the Ashmont is just so darling and cozy!!! The decor was very cool. The bed and bathroom were super comfortable. The host was just a text away and always responded quickly. The location is really great with just a short walk to the T.

Honestly, the Boiler Room is even bigger than it looks in the pictures and is so perfectly curated! We LOVED our stay and if I ever get the opportunity to come back to Boaton, I will be staying here!

Our stay at the Boiler Room was fantastic. Eddie is an extremely communicative host and was accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you so much for the kind review, Phil! It was a true pleasure hosting you guys! All the best!
We had a wonderful stay in the Boiler Room. The room was gorgeous - exactly as pictured and very clean. The host was extremely responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. As others have said, sometimes you can hear the guests upstairs. It was never a problem, but if you are a light sleeper, just be aware you may need ear plugs. (I used the sound machine that is in the room and it helped tremendously). It was a short walk to the subway and then a quick ride into the city. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location, super cute and homey! Very easy to get to and super easy to travel downtown from. Highly recommend staying here, Eddie was a great host and great communicator. Made the process seamless and enjoyable, will definitely stay here again!
Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a close walk to the train station, we liked not staying in Boston but not being too far away. This place was so cute! It was spacious for what we were wanting! It was perfect!

Thank you so much, Hannah! We truly enjoyed having you guys on your honeymoon adventure, and we wish you both the happiest of marriages! You & your family will always have a home away from home here in Boston!! ❤️
I came into town for a convention I was working at, and couldn't be happier with the Boiler Room. It was a short drive to the convention center and a lovely place to relax after my long days.
The space was very inviting and had really good amenities. A horse were very responsive to all our needs and we would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!
This property was very unique. Beautiful decor. Cozy. Parking was extremely convenient. We were very comfortable here. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!
Stayed in The Boiler Room downstairs. Ceiling is a bit creaky, could use a grab bar for entering/exiting shower. Otherwise a good place to stay. Transit train is only a 10 min walk, and several restaurants nearby. We recommend Molinari's
The boiler room was awesome! better than expected! Communication with the owner was awesome and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Boston area.
We loved this VRBO for our Boston trip! Traffic was very reasonable in the area. The place was fully equipped for a couple nights! Not much to offer as far as a fridge, but that’s ok. Great patio space for both coffee in the morning or drinks at night! Highly recommend :)
