This space was really beautiful - so airy and tons of space for everyone in our group to spread out and relax. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day playing in the yard or on the nearby lake. I really appreciated that the fridge had some condiments and the pantry had some staples in it - such a waste to throw things like that out between each guest!Plenty of extra towels and blankets and we really enjoyed all the extra goodies (pickleball, corn hole, croquet etc!) Would definitely stay again :)

We stayed at The Lodge over Christmas and it was wonderful! Plenty of space to spread out (important when you have young adults).

This is a very spacious lodge and beautiful lodge. The outdoor area was a hit with our group. The lodge was clean and well stocked including outdoor games.

Holiday Family Time

Great house for a group of 15. Lots of indoor and outdoor space for a large group. Everything is as advertised. Highly recommend for anyone needing space for a large group.

Beautiful house and property

We had a great time with a large group. The house was great with multiple spaces for hanging out all together. The huge round table was great for dining with the group. The giant couch with tv was a big hit and perfect for playing games. It was a great property!

Memorial for parents

The entire family thought that the home was perfect for what we needed and the space was excellent. It had everything we needed, it was in a great area for where we needed to be, and would use it again in a second if we needed to be in the area for anything at a time.

The Timber Lodge and it's surroundings are beautiful! The home was clean and had everything we needed for our week's stay. I was impressed with the number of outdoor tables and chairs that were available for our family reunion activities. It easily accommodated 30 people for dinner and games. Having access to both grills and the second fridge in the garage were really helpful. I wasn't planning to host any activities because I didn't want dozens of people in the house, but the set up allowed for people to access the backyard without going through the front door. We even rolled my father-in-law to the back of the house in his wheelchair. My kids loved the movie room and hot tub. I loved walking the path through the woods at the back of the property. It would be perfect for older kids to play hide and seek.I appreciated Wade's quick responses and for being helpful. I hope I can stay there again if the opportunity arises!

50th wedding anniversary

It’s private celebration, big house enough among our immediate family accommodations. But not able to enjoy the outdoor bec of rain. Jacuzzi was another plus to the kids as well as the adults.Thank you for letting us use your big beautiful house.

An amazing place for our friends retreat

20+ group of friends. The house was amazing, the rooms were large and spacious. Everything was super clean. So many amenities we were finding surprise after surprise. Even though it was difficult for us to have activities outside because of the weather, we were never at a shortage of things to do. Communication with the host was easy and he was accommodating. Definitely consider this place for your next family/ friends get together. 15/10 recommend.

Family Reunion location

Our family reunion had 22 people and we truly filled this beautiful home and property. There were so many things to do for fun, and I believe we used them all! Fire pit, kayake/lake floater, hot tub, basketball, laser tag, hiking, swimming nearby, and just ROOM in the house to be together, play games, and have our own activities. Very good response from manager when we needed extra fans on a super hot day, and extra kitchen linens. Plenty of pantry space. We truly had a memorable, wonderful reunion and had more fun than we even expected! Thanks so much!
