This home is very spacious and easy to live in space with kitchen open with large island and comfy backed stools and open to the living room, dining area and view out to the screen in sitting area and heated pool. Everyone can gather together but have sitting space to commune separately as well. Kitchen fully equipped and also has walk in pantry. Master and first guest bedroom both have ensuite baths. 3rd bedroom with queen and 4th bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds share a full bath with tub/shower combo. Relax in the pool or sit pool side under cover of shade while also viewing out over the large lake view adjacent to this home. All tile flooring, separate laundry room with full size W/D. 2 car garage where all of the beach equipment is kept as well. This is a gate community of homes and townhomes. Be certain to view the pics of all the amenities ie, fitness center, bocce ball, tennis, playground and community pool.

Great for family bonding and fun times

Comfortable,cozy, fully furnished for large families. Loved the open areas of great room, kitchen and dining room with seating for all as well as the patio/pool area. Had some problems with heater in pool at first, but owner did agree to have it replaced the next day after being notified.Hard to get all extended family together often, but if we could do it again...would definitely consider this lovely home.

Great neighborhood

Loved the location and the neighborhood. The pool heater was not working when we arrived. Called our contact agent she tried calling the pool company. It was never fixed for the month. No one could use the pool because it was too cold.
