This spacious and sunny 2 bedroom home + separate office (with standing desk!) is full of natural light and located on the first floor of a 2 family home in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to Tufts.
My home features ~1200 sq ft of living space spread across 6 fully furnished rooms. High ceilings with detailed woodwork trim.
We provide one free, off-street parking spot in our driveway and EV charging (NACS & J1772).
No "check out chores", simply enjoy your stay!
The space
We are on a quiet street close to Tufts University, Davis Square, Porter Square, Harvard University, only 4 miles to Boston.
Ceiling fans throughout, dishwasher, two separate bedrooms (with closets).
Walking distance to excellent cafes, restaurants, bars. Please see my Guidebook for details.
60 second walk to the bus stop (Boston, Somerville and Cambridge) and only 1 mile to Davis Square Red Line Subway.
An EV charger (NACS & J1772) is available (for a small fee - message for details). There is one charger shared between two units.
Please note, we do require guests have previous Host reviews to complete booking. Failure to comply may result in cancellation. Only a maximum of 4 guests is allowed.
