Not as advertised

This was a hard one to rate because I want to be fair, but there's a lot of false advertising. Good first: - Large spacious 2 bedrooms. Renovation within the past 2 years. Beautiful. - Exterior very well maintained. - Clean pool (small but refreshing). - Comfortable beds. - 1 boogey board - kids sand bucket/toys - You can head just straight down the road to Ka'anapali Beach where there's free parking and a really nice beach. Easy snorkeling. Good sand. Not to much current for an average swimmer. False advertising. - advertised 70in TVs in both bedrooms. There were none at all. 1 in main room - advertised heated pool. It's not, but with the warm outside temps - was refreshing. - advertised spa whirlpool. There was none. - advertised hot tub. There was none. - advertised would change 1 king bed to twins. KBM said no, but would charge us for a rollaway. Has to contact VRBO to get them to provide. - advertised tubs in both bathrooms - there were none. Showers only. Not as expected - this is a condo that sleeps 6, but only 2 beach chairs (seriously?!) - only 5 beach towels (expected 6) - when we've stayed at other vacation rentals we've gotten a whole lot of condiments and extras based on what other renters had left behind. This unit any extras are given to housekeeping so there was 1 salt, 1 pepper and that's it. Anything you leave is for the housekeepers to take. - they gave us chocolates, but when opened, they were stale and white. - The reviews gave the impression that there was a nearby property where you could access some of the other features, there is not. - The grill starter didn't work so we needed a lighter. We tried to get in touch with property management which of course we could not. We were able to borrow from a nearby unit. - The property appeared to be a retirement community rather than a vacation rental area. So if you were to go to the pool, expect to be super quiet with a list of rules. - Expect to be super quiet and hear every conversation on every lanai. I probably would rate higher if they had an accurate advertisement, but as it is, I feel like we paid for a lot of things that we did not get. Made it disappointing.
