About this property

Mulberry Retreat - Bullhead City, AZ

Our property is located about 4 mins from Lake Mojave , 2 mins from the Colorado River, and about 3 mins from the hotels in Laughlin (just across the bridge). Restaurants and stores are located very close in proximity to the property as well.
There are 3 bedrooms each with queen size beds in each and also a sofa bed in the second living room area. each bedroom has a TV with streaming capabilities. One bathroom has a toilet w/ standing shower and the second bathroom has a toilet with bathtub/shower. We offer fresh towels and sheets to our guests.
The Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. We provide basic amenities such as cooking utensils coffee maker, & toaster
There is also an in unit washer/dryer.

The property has plenty of parking for cars, boat, atvs, etc.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host was quick to respond however I was very disappointed in the place. The dishes were not properly clean and the internet was very spotty the first day we were there it kept going off and on. Because the dishes were dirty we ate out the whole time. The seasonings were out dated some even from 2023. Unfortunately it was not a great experience for me and my family we ended up leaving a day early. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, other than the dishes the home was clean and looked like the pictures.

Memorial Day weekend

We came out for the 3 day weekend and just needed a place to sleep and shower. This place was very clean and cute. Lots of parking space for cars/toys/ boats. Location in prime real-estate.. so close to Sams and the dam. We really enjoyed our stay… only thing is the blinds in the house do not keep any light out.. so if the sky is awake so are you lol. The AC is amazing !! Would definitely stay again.

Exactly what was expected

The.property was well maintained. Having so much parking room wa as amazing as we were hauling a car trailer into the area. we had no problems with anything. Only reason the location wasnt ideal was due to the distance into town, but neighborhood was great. No worries about safety, very good neighborhood.

Overall it was good

The place was clean, but It had about 6 glade plugins when we walked it. The smell.was extremely strong in the house. We unplugged them and left them outside and aired out the house. The smell was still there but not as bad. It was missing a few kitchen items like knives, and dish towels. But overall it was a good place to stay.
