Disappointing...
I travel and rent houses often, this grouping, although it fit our family perfectly, they were very disappointing. Sweades sent someone out right away when we had issues with the ceiling fan (provided a box fan) and fixing the AC when it went out in the purple house. These issues were resolved quickly. But having a Coffee pot, without coffee cups, trash in dresser drawers, not a good pan to cook in (in 3 or the 4 houses), no forks in purple house, droppings in silverware drawer (yellow house), most TV's in all houses would not connect. Orange house smelled musty and the windows had to be opened. Blankets in yellow house were dirty. Dirty dishes in cabinets. We were there for a funeral, so there were more important things to deal with, but when paying this much money for a weekend I expect better. I am upset that the houses were not better managed. The cleaning crew has something to be desired and it seems that they rely more on the renters to clean than the housekeepers themselves. I do not think a renter should sweep, vacuum, wipe everything down, sweep under beds etc. I rent enough homes to know the basic check out rules, these were ridiculous. I am thankful that there was a linen service. Overall, I will not rent these again or recommend, and hope that the owner cleans up this property for future renters and makes it a priority to stock properly. People rent the house, they should not have to stock basic items like forks, cups, pans and bowls.
