This 2nd row home has great views and beach access right in front of the house! Hardwood floors throughout, lots of natural light, soothing color palette, comfy furnishings and a short stroll to the beach. The bright open great room allows everyone to interact whether cooking up a pot of gumbo, playing monopoly at the table or lounging on the couch with a good book. There's ample seating for meals with a large dining table and extra stools at the kitchen island. The charming kitchen, with custom cabinets, granite countertops and a coffee nook, is fully stocked with everything one needs to make meal preparation a breeze. The deck offers both shaded and sun areas and great views with lots of seating for outdoor entertaining. Enjoy the Barbeque grill and large picnic table under the house as additional outdoor entertaining space.

Beautiful property! House is clean and so pretty inside! Bedrooms are spacious and equipped with everything you could want. This property in on the 2nd row, but has large unobstructed views of the beach from the deck. We lived sitting in the swing and watching the waves! Beach access is directly across the street! Definitely recommend!

That was the ideal vacation spot no through traffic for beach access but very close walking distance not too crowded. The house was spacious clean really enjoyed the stay there very low mosquitoes also great view from the balcony mornings and evening. we will be vacationing there again.

Stay not long enough!!!

Great location. Upstairs porch perfect for enjoying the view and the breeze off the gulf. House had everything we needed for our stay. Cable was not working, but there were a number of dvd movies. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Beautiful beach themed decor, stocked kitchen full of serving wear and kitchen needs, super easy access to the beach. Will definitely be booking again! :)

Perfect stay!

We are so happy with our stay and this property! The house is so pretty, and it is the best location just 30 second walk to the beach via a designated entrance. The neighborhood is super quiet and well kept and clean. The house is well stocked with all sorts of cooking and baking items, blender, mixer, coffee machine with Keurig, as well as lots of games and puzzles! The only thing we would like to have seen/found was some sort of beach items…chairs, towels, outdoor games, etc. Those like us traveling from over 4 hours away could benefit from knowing those weren’t available…and it’s lots less headache to bring or buy when we arrive. Minus that, everything was perfect!

A couple of more comfortable chairs for living room.2. Clean comforters and mattress protectors after each guest leaves.It was a little unnerving the way the cabin sways continually. I would stay there again, but I wouldn't buy it.

The sunrises and sunsets from the porch each day were a treat, and we enjoyed taking walks with our pups along the beach during the day. Since it was December, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves and only a handful of trucks/golf carts drove by during our entire stay. The property was so livable. It's set up for entertaining with an open-concept kitchen/living and huge dining table. You cannot beat the location, only steps away from the private beach access.One memory we'll always hold dear from our stay was watching our 14-year-old dog's eyes light up as he saw the beach. He ran faster than he's run in years. The beach truly brought his old bones back to life! We look forward to a future stay with family and friends! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and easy access to the beach. Wifi availability should be a no brainer these days, especially in newer homes like this one. I had to adjust the front door catch in order to keep the door from flinging open due to the winds. Also tightened the bedroom door knob and fixed a cabinet door that was lopsided and would not close properly. These are easy fixes that should be maintained and easily seen so renters do not have to deal with or call the management company for repair. Last day we were there, the tv in master bedroom fell off the shelf and broke (no one was in the room - we heard it fall). It was not attached to the wall or on a stand. Luckily, neither one of my grand kids were under it when it fell. Huge liability for owner to not secure a tv that is up high on a shelf! We told the real estate company when we turned in the key that the tv fell like that and broke, and, hopefully does not affect our deposit. Living area could use more seating as the house is listed to sleep 11 people, but there is only one sofa and two director chairs in living room. We had a great stay, but taking care of these opportunities would make future renters have an even better stay.
