The condo was beautiful inside! We loved it but it was a bit of an inconvenience having the elevator out of order multiple times throughout the week. Carrying a full load of groceries up 7 flights of stairs was tough.

Family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only down side was the elevator was broken when we arrived but the staff was very quick to get it up and running. We will a stay here again.

We loved 704S. The view is magnificent. A great deal of care went into furnishing the unit. It’s perfect for family! Lots of space and well designed. The kitchen is well equipped - lots of cabinet and cooking space. Great bathrooms. We can wait for our next visit!

Great place

We had a great stay. Information for check in and check out was not easily provided which was an inconvenience. The only thing this unit lacks is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin center just down the hall but it would be really nice to have it in the unit. But we would recommend this unit and stay again.

Super nice condo

This was an updated but reasonably priced 3 bedroom condo. We could not be more pleased with our stay. It was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Shower stalls were very appealing. I have been in other units in the same complex, and this was by far superior. I would recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Annual vacation

This is the second time staying in this space. We absolutely love it! Everything we need is always there and it is a beautiful space. We have stayed in Crescent Arms for over 20 years but this is the nicest unit. It is perfect for our 6 family members. Only issue this year was elevator issues. Seven floors is too much to climb too often. Luckily it was back in operation within a day and a half. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo for Families!

Our family of 5 (including 3 kids aged 10-13) enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The check-in process was easy and property management company was a text away. The condo was very spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. The beach in front of the condo was clean and plenty of chairs (free) and umbrellas (for a cost) available. The saltwater pool was clean and never too packed. You have the option of both chairs and table/umbrellas. Location was so convenient, walking distance to the grocery/restaurants near the Stickney Bridge. We actually walked home from the Sunday night drum circle on Siesta Beach. Free trolley was a short walk down Midnight Pass. We would 100% stay here again! My only mention would be that the key code on the door directly into the condo took a bit to get used to for when it unlocked.

May 2024 Family Vacation

Attractive and well decorated, roomy condo with an excellent kitchen and nice baths. We would have given this property a 5 star rating except for one extremely important negative issue. The two king beds were extremely uncomfortable and the two couples who slept in them did not sleep well one single night of our stay. The mattresses are very soft and feel broken down. If we laid near the edges, we all felt as if we would roll out of bed. So we were forced to sleep close together nearer to the center. That defeats the purpose of having a king sized bed. Obviously, the lack of a good night sleep for seven nights in a row takes its toll on a person and decreases the enjoyment of your time away on vacation. If we knew the beds had been replaced and were likely to be more comfortable, we would give the condo another try in the future. Without that very much needed improvement, we can not recommend this property to others.
