Great Place

Enjoyed our stay at Maria’s cute, comfortable condo. Location is great. We enjoyed the pool and the friendly people that live in the complex. Maria is a wonderful host! Thank you 😊!

Cozy Condo

We were very happy with the condo. It was very clean, had all that we needed. The location was great for some very good eating places within walking distance. We enjoyed late afternoons around the pool with the other vacationers. It is not close to the beach, but we were lucky enough to meet others who lived a couple of blocks from the beach where we could park.

Short Stay

We had booked a week stay but trip got cut short after not even 24 hours do to the death of my dad. the property manager/owner was very responsive and considerate of us having to cut our trip short after not even 24 hours. The property is cute/clean and very cozy with lots of comfortable amenities that you would use in your own home. Unfortunately we did NOT get to tour/see the grounds. What we did see it was clean, beautiful and very friendly neighbors/residents. We will be back!! thank you again!

Our Week in the Sun at Seaside

Our stay was a great experience. Maria was a super host. It was very clean and comfortable inside the condo. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the washer and dryer several times. The residents of the complex were very friendly. The pool was always 84.5 degrees. We used the gas grill for some dinners. We rented bikes from bike shop right down the road. We used them to get to the beaches and ice cream shops. We played pickleball in Marco Island and Naples. We will try to return Seaside sometime in the future.

After a long search, we found Model Village. This complex is on a canal with 3 public docks excellent for docking your boat, fishing, kayaking or simply hanging out. Beautifully landscaped grounds, heated pool, clubhouse, and BBQ area are available for your use.

What makes this property unique

Close distance to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping. Within walking distance to happy hours and early dinning, bike, jet ski, golf cart, and boat rentals and just a short drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Marco Island.
