Thank you for the thoughtful review and we're so glad you enjoyed the pool area and the view of the 4th of July fireworks and boat traffic from the balcony. We're sorry to hear about your interaction with pool patrol — that's not the experience we want any guest to have and we will share your feedback with the team responsible for that area as it is not under our purview. We appreciate your feedback regarding the beds, sofa, and pillows. While previous guests have not mentioned those items as being uncomfortable, we will take a closer look at them. The walk to the beach is about 700 yards from the building, which we note in the listing, and there is a wagon in the unit to help guests haul gear like chairs, coolers and toys. Thank you for your review. You bring up a good point about the laundry as it is communal in Towers 3 & 4 and you do have to pay to use the washers and dryers onsite. We do our best to make sure there is a card for you to add value to but downloading and paying through the app is the safer way to go in the event you lose the card. I have instructed our cleaner to make sure there is enough detergent there for three loads. Given the communal laundry situation at this complex, we do ask for guest help since we provide bath and beach towels along with linens. If that is too much of an ask for anyone reading this response, then we encourage you to look for a complex where the condos have an in-unit washer and dryer.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience and are sharing your feedback with the owner so they can relay your frustrations to the condo board regarding the onsite property management. Given we manage the condo itself, we have taken the following actions following your review and wish you would have reached out to us during your stay so we could have addressed them while you were there: (1) all of the pillows have been replaced; (2) there is a new hair dryer; (3) the toilet has been fixed and (4) there are 4 new beach chairs of the backpack variety you suggested. While we cannot change the distance to the water, the condo is closer than parking at Tigertail Beach, you don't have to fight for parking and there is a beach cart in the unit for hauling your beach gear. To end on a positive note, there is so much to like about the condo, and Marco in general, that I hope folks will balance this review with the overwhelmingly positive reviews this condo and the other five we manage in Towers 3 & 4 have received.
