This 4 bedroom + loft, contemporary single-family home is perfect for large groups. The living room's stone hearth fireplace is the centerpiece for visiting with family & friends, and the gourmet kitchen provides ample space to prepare a feast for your guests. There's also a game room with TV, Nintendo Switch (bring the games you like) and large couch - perfect for movie night. The spacious master suite has a massive walkout deck as well as a 'mobile' office located on one end of the room. If you plan on traveling with kids, there are two sets of bunks so they can room together... And don't forget the wrap around deck and Green Egg grill - perfect for cookouts!
In the wintertime, enjoy one of the best views of the golf course from the large wrap around deck of this home. The yard is a perfect place for kids to play and you're just a hop, skip, and a jump from Lake Pinneo and the large playground. Inside on the first floor you will find two bedrooms one with a bunk bed and another bedroom with a ensuite bathroom and queen bed. Also located on the first floor is the game and tv room that will keep the kids busy for hours. Head upstairs to the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The family room located on this level has a large stone fireplace with access to the wrap around deck. Head down the hallway to the large primary bedroom with a king bed and beautiful ensuite. You will find two working spaces set up on this floor. One in the primary suite and one across the hall from the powder room. Finally head up to the loft through the kitchen space to find the fifth bedroom and queen bed. There is also a full bathroom located on the loft level.
Please note: The loft bedroom does not have a door, but a curtain for privacy.

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Quechee Lakes Rentals by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.

Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. The Club features a full winter recreational calendar, including snowshoeing, x-country skiing, sledding, and much more! Outside of our seasonal offerings, there is so much more at Quechee. The Club offers a modern fitness center with daily fitness classes and top-notch equipment. Hiking trails are spread throughout the community woods.
