Lake Tahoe is a wonderfully unique area, with something for everyone. No matter what the season or your reason for coming, Lake Tahoe has it all. We believe that our Tahoe rental home (locally owned, maintained and cleaned) will provide you with the perfect accommodation for your stay in Tahoe.

The house is very comfortable, with 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with twins and 2 full bathrooms and provides a furnished and warm setting for a family vacation, romantic get-away or reunion of friends. A Murphy Queen bed and a fold out full sofa for four additional guests sleeping are available. View our numerous amenities below.

Enjoy spectacular views of North Lake Tahoe and snowcapped mountains while enjoying our rental home; it is located above Highway 28/AKA North Lake Tahoe Boulevard, included is some traffic noise in exchange for that magnificent view! Our property is conveniently located and quickly accessible to all recreational destinations.

Wonderful stay! Loved it

A great and relaxing time. Ginger was so attentive to any needs and I've never seen such a stocked fridge with beer, wine, soda, water, and ginger beer and coffee, as well as charcuterie type foods and sweet and salty snacks. It was great to arrive to as multiple delays caused us to come late into the night and we were exhausted so the noshes were very welcome. My father in particular loved to sit out on the deck and peacefully take in the Lake Tahoe views. Would stay again!

Stay in Incline

Overall good property to stay for easy access to skiing, lake, etc. Property was clean and comfortable. The only downside we can think of was that the property is very close to the main road; you will get noise from traffic.

Stunning views

The photos don't do it justice, the view is even better in person. The star gazing is amazing and the are beautiful sunsets over the mountain range. The host went above and beyond to make it trip memorable, even buying a surprise gift for our daughter's birthday. The kitchen is well stocked which is very nice and the best of any rental we've used before. Great stay.

Fantastic view of gorgeous lake

We were very comfortable here. Amazing view, including a spectacular full moon. Nice deck, bedrooms had plenty of space, clean, well stocked kitchen. Very convenient location. Noise from highway below annoying to some of us but we got used to it.

Amazing experience!

Myself and 2 others came to celebrate our 65th birthdays. We just wanted a relaxing weekend to catch up. The was the place! Oh my gosh! We were treated like royalty by the very kind hosts. Great communication and the description of the property is spot on. The views are so spectacular! The house is very comfortable and the amenities countless. You are a very special guest in a well appointed home. I will gladly return.

Perfect Vacation

This house is exactly as advertised. You walk in to a panoramic view of the lake and are instantly in vacation mode. Weather doesn't matter as you have a spectacular front row seat to the lake rain or shine. This house is incredibly well stocked and every need is taken care of...beach towels, games, first aid kit, fully stocked kitchen, amazing views. We couldn't have asked for more. And Ginger and Roy were a both a complete pleasure to work with and truly nice, caring people. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful Very Well-Equipped Tahoe Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this property overlooking Lake Tahoe. The owner left us a true banquet of food for our arrival, unlike anything we have previously encountered. I have no idea if she always does this, but we were amazed. The kitchen, bathroom (we only used the master suite), and rest of living area were all extremely well-equipped. Cooking would have been a breeze! We appreciated the high-end coffee machine in particular. The deck was pleasant with a great lake view, though there is audible road noise from below. The owner, Ginger, greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. Can;t overstate how nice this was!

Tahoe Sibling Vacay

This trip was perfect from the booking to the time we checked out! Our host, Ginger, was so accomodating and responded to questions very quickly! Check-in was a breeze as were directions to the property. Roy, the caretaker, greeted us upon arrival and bid us goodbye the morning we left. He was accessible if we needed anything but totally valued our privacy! The home was beautiful and we really felt welcomed for our mini-sibling vacation. It was such a treat to enter the front door and look straight through to the back of the house at the stunning view of Lake Tahoe! Half of us didn't care if we ever left the living room, dining room or deck as we were so taken by the gorgeous panoramic view and would have been more than content to simply sit and gaze! The many helpful notes throughout the house and the fact that it was stocked with everything one could ever imagine needing to use was such a nice extra benefit and made us feel all the more comfortable. This home far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it. Its ideal location and close proximity to the charming little town and beach area make it the perfect getaway. Lots of little shops and great places to eat! But there is also a Safeway if you want to pick up items to cook and eat in! We hope to be back soon for another fabulous visit! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

The property was absulutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated! The pictures don't do it justice!There were so many nice ammenities you usually don't see in a Verbo property. The coffee/tea bar was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, storage bags and everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal! Plus a large grill on the deck!The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, lotions and other nice little touches.Ginger and Terry were the ultimate hosts! They went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay! And we certainly did! Many thanks to them both. :-)See below for pics we took on the spacious deck.
One cloudy morning of our entire stay but Tahoe beauty abounds.
Stellar's Jays become very friendly. So much fun to feed them peanuts (which Ginger graciously provides!)
These two beauties waiting for breakfast! We are sitting right there! These birds look you in the eye and recognize faces so are not afraid.

Exceeded my expectations. The owners have gone above and beyond in terms of cleanliness, attention to detail, availability of everything a vacation home would need. Relaxing with the family at this beautiful property!

After our son’s graduation, we spent 3 nights at this wonderful place! If I say everything was perfect, that would be an understatement!Location is great with the view exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean place with very inviting atmosphere. Stocked pantry. We did lots of cooking and had all the utensils!Ginger is an excellent host and she made sure that the entire stay was comfortable. Blue Jays on the patio were a hit and we enjoyed watching them so close to us!Overall, highly recommend this place and hope we will have a chance to stay there again!

We had guest from the UK and wanted to spend a few days in Tahoe. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were amazed in everything it offered! Everything was clean and well decorated! We were staying in and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The refrigerator was well stocked with soft drinks and water. Loved the coffee bar, and that was well stocked for us to enjoy. Also a bottle of wine and bubbly we enjoyed. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked, in case we were in need of anything. Nice towels and an abundance of them. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the property. The hostess was outstanding from the day before we arrived, to the day we left. Thank you Ginger!

We discovered on our many holiday trips to Tahoe, that it was virtually impossible to impossible to stay in Tahoe at an affordable price and enjoy the Lake Tahoe view. When we discovered this lovely home, with this incredible view, we immediately purchased it, without a moments hesitation.
Our lazy little neighborhood is filled with families and kindness, we walk along the lane and trails enjoying wildlife and conversations.
