Walk right across the street to feel the sugar-white sand between your toes, or use our provided beach gear for a perfect day. Whether you seek a romantic getaway or a fun family week, your serene Florida retreat starts here!

Serenity Condo 30A at Cassine Station features a king bedroom plus a set of hallway bunks - making it perfect for a couple or small family. The bedroom has a private entrance to the full bathroom and there is an attached half bathroom as well. This beach retreat features everything you need to make your next vacation carefree and relaxing.

You'll love the balcony to relax with a cup of coffee, book or afternoon cocktail. You'll have your choice of 2 neighborhood pools when you're not at the beach. The community grounds of Cassine Gardens and Cassine Village have incredible shaded walking trails to meander. Doorbell camera installed on outside door.

Smart lock - I will generate you a code for your stay! The condo is on the 2nd floor and the parking lot is in the back. We provide beach towels, a beach wagon, backpack chairs, umbrella and soft cooler.

I will send you a code through the portal as we get closer to your reservation so please check the portal. You will have my information to call/text for questions/concerns you might have. Please note there is a doorbell camera. It is a security recording device and does not “ring”.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
If you have a parking pass, please take it out of the car before leaving and set it on the counter.
Please set AC to 74 degrees prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests who tamper with security systems in any fashion shall be canceled with no refund and will be asked to leave.
A direct violation of the no pet policy will result in a $500 charge. No Bikes Inside the Condo. Please do not leave the wagon outside the front door.
Elevator service is managed by the HOA; temporary outages do not qualify for refunds. No electrical golf carts allowed. Only gas operated golf carts.

Perfect location and great amenities

Great location a few steps from the beach, everything provided including 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and wagon. Everything was perfect would definitely come back.

Great Location

We loved our stay at Amy’s place. It was in a great location and 3 minute walk to the beach. The beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella were the perfect touch. We loved that this place was situated next to a bike rental, shops, and just a short ride to food trucks and more.

Perfect Getaway

This property is exactly as awesome as it appears online! Extremely clean, walking distance to a few of our favorite restaurants, and situated in the middle of our favorite beach towns to visit on 30a. The wagon and beach equipment made packing up to head to the beach a breeze and the beach access was directly across the street with a convenient cross walk. We would definitely come back!

We have been coming to this area for close to 34 years. We decided to purchase a piece of paradise in August 2018 and again in 2022. We completely renovated both properties before sharing our piece of paradise with all of you! Enjoy Serenity! We hope you become repeat guests and have some wonderful memories along the way.

Why they chose this property

We purchased at Cassine Station as the location on 30A is directly across the street from the beach access. The building has an elevator and has won architectural awards for its unique design. This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach offers on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, a pond, basketball hoop and a sunset deck. Cassine Station is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all Scenic 30A has to offer. The beach access is just across 30A about 175 yards.
