The cottage was cozy. Looked as it was showed. Linda was very welcoming, very friendly and very accommodating. We had a couple of hiccups that were not her fault at all, but she took care of the problem immediately and we continue to have a wonderful day.

This is a small but adorable house. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-furnished with dishes, pans, appliances and coffee. The bed had a memory foam mattress. The yard is private and pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet except the birds and chickens did start crowing at dawn. The keypad entry and air conditioning worked well. Linda answered my questions about checking in promptly.

Kingsville Visit

We stayed in the Kingsville cottage to visit family. It was a comfortable stay, stocked with everthing we needed and clean home. There was also a very nice bbq and firepit area. Enjoyed our time.

Adorable little escape

This house was perfect for our stay there. The man next door that takes care of the yard was so nice and helpful. We sat in the back at night and enjoyed the weather. I hated that we had to leave a day early, but we enjoyed it while we had it.

This cute home had everything we needed for our 3 week stay while we waited for our house to finish being build. It’s fully stocked with the essentials and Linda was a wonderful host. She checked in with us often to see if we needed anything. Overall this place was everything we needed it to be! Also being pet friendly was a huge plus!

The house was clean and comfortable for the most part. Futon was uncomfortable and would have been nice to use the backyard to relax and bbq but there were people coming in and out the whole time we were there . We go to kingsville alot hopefully we can try this again

Great for our short family trip

We were impressed when we first walked through the door because the home was just like the pictures and clean. My children got comfortable immediately. Location was great. The beach was only 40 minutes away. Most restaurants, stores, etc. were within a short drive on one nearby street. There was a great park with a splash pad down the road as well. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated all the home had to offer.

Cute but bed too soft

I did not actually stay as I realized on entering the place that the bed was going to be much too soft for me to sleep. I have back issues and should have asked about this when I booked the place. If you like soft beds, this would be a decent place to stay. It appears clean and sufficient for daily needs.
