This property was perfect for our family gathering. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The home was clean and spacious . We enjoyed the outdoor bbq, playing family games and watching the beautiful sunset.

The house was perfect for our trip and It accommodated 2 families for a last minute graduation dinner, which we definitely wouldn't have been able to do if we had stayed at a hotel. House was clean and property was perfect for our group. House was equipped with everything you need. And had more than enough beds to accommodate our group.

This is a family friendly home and property where all can gather for family reunions. The owners also accommodated our small dog. The floor plan is just right. Having all the extra room, full laundry, and secondary fridge/full freezer were super. The host provides many extras that were a nice surprise. The surrounding farm vistas and wildlife were a treat. Truly home away from home. The host made check-in and checkout easy, too.

We met up with family and had a great time visiting. We also attended the King Ranch Breakfast, took a tour or King Ranch and the museum in town.

Great family place!

It was very nice and quiet! Perfect for what we needed for our stay for the wedding. I would defiantly refer my friends and family and return if we ever have a need for that size of a place in the future.

Great place near Kingsville

Great place to stay outside of Kingsville!! The property was very nice. Had everything just like you were at home. Great for multiple families to stay. Love how quiet and peaceful it was. Would stay where again if in the area again.

Perfect for our needs

We had a lovely and very comfortable time here. After all day at the International Horn Symposium, where we are all vendors, it was such a relief to come back to the house and make dinner together and just relax!
