Unmatched panoramic views of gorgeous sunsets over Salt Lake City and the Great Salt Lake from every level and the deck called the "Sunset Lounge," have earned this beautiful home the name of the "House of the Setting Sun."

Hot tub, steam shower, pond, pool table, shuffle board table, Bocce ball court, outdoor gas fire pit. Themed rooms such as "The Royal Room" decorated after Versailles "Hall of Mirrors," and "The Moroccan Room," and a brand new king bedroom suite with second kitchen.

Home features 10Kw of solar power on the roof and an EV charger in the garage (220 volt outlet) and Tesla charger.

* Please note this is the owners primary residence. There is 1 indoor/outdoor cat that lives on the property, goes through a dog door, and is on an auto feeder. She mostly sleeps. Bonus, if you’re a cat lover.

My house extremely unique and some of the rooms have a fun theme. I've traveled to 48 countries and many of the artifacts in my home are from those travels.
My house has been featured on the CBS TV show "Staycation" as a unique property in the world and been featured in music videos.

What makes this property unique

Art from around the world, themed rooms such as the "Royal Room" inspired by Versailles Hall of Mirrors or the Moroccan room. Plus, my home has some of the best views out of any home in the Salt Lake Valley.
