It was the prefect location and the prefect house for a large group gathering. Well equipped with things you needed to cook clean and do laundry. Would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect for family gatherings. The space was large enough so we didn't feel cramped and the outdoor area is very inviting. My only suggestion is to put a TV in the main living area. We have some who can't do the stairs so we couldn't all use the theater or watch tv together. Otherwise, great house. We will rent again

The property worked out nicely for our family of six adults and four toddlers. The house even had a couple of pack n plays and a high chair. The only hard thing was the two sets of stairs we had to keep the kids away from. The house was well stocked and in an excellent location. We had nightly walks across the street to the ice cream shop. Beds were comfy. The yard was nice with lots of trees.

Amazing house for family gathering!

Our family of 16 stayed at the house for a long weekend ski trip. The house was perfect with so many amenities and space for everyone. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Home Away from Home

We had a fantastic experience at this property. The home was clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Our favorite parts were the movie room and game room. We also cooked a lot, so having double ovens and dishwashers was a plus. Our hosts were also excellent and very responsive! We truly enjoyed our weekend and could not have asked for a better home to compliment our fun time in Park City and SLC.

Plenty of room for everyone.

Excellent place to stay for larger groups. Great location, with lots to do close by and a grocery store across the street. It is on a busy road, but it is a quiet neighborhood. This house has everything you need for comfort and entertainment. Very clean and well taken care of. The hosts are very helpful and respond to messages quickly. A plus is that there is also plenty of room to park vehicles either in the garage or the two driveways. Would definitely stay here again.

Good house for our group of 11

The house worked well for our group of 11. The house was clean and well appointed. The house was close to the highway and a quick 30 minute drive to park city resort. The 2 dishwashers were very handy. The hot tub was cleaned the day we arrived which kept us from using it the first night, but it wasn't a problem for us. The movie theatre was very nice, but an extra HDMI cable would have allowed us to plug a laptop into the projection system. The check out instructions were much easier than other rental houses we've stayed at. The 3 car garage easily accommodated or vehicles. There were several restaurants and a grocery store across the street from the house which was very convenient.
