A welcoming place to stay

We really enjoyed staying here. My daughter in law had surgery at Swedish and the location was perfect. The street parking was just as described, easy and available. My son has a BMW i3 that fit perfectly in the garage for charging. It is a small garage and you need to park at an angle so a car around that size will fit. I have a larger SUV and didn't have any trouble finding a place to park next to the home. There is street parking right across the home with room for 15ish cars in a median parking area that separates both lanes of the road. The road is not busy so it is a great option if you can't find street/curb parking right next to the home. The family room was perfect for binge watching movies while she recouped and the kitchen was nicely equipped for our needs. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortably decorated. All my questions/messages were answered promptly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean well furnished Condo. Close to shopping and Restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well furnished. Would highly recommend.

Nice modern townhome in ballard

We enjoyed staying at this townhome in ballard with family and pups for the holidays! There was plenty of room for our 7 people. The kitchen was great for cooking and the location was convenient to ballard and seattle. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

We’ve stayed at several VRBO & other properties but our stay here certainly is at the top of our list of favorites. This home is beautiful, very clean, modern and welcoming. We felt right at home staying here. We also had very prompt and helpful interactions with the managing agent who was very attentive and responsive to the few questions we had. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place only an easy short drive from most of Seattle’s major attractions. Plus we enjoyed Ballard where we had an excellent dinner at a local restaurant.

A nice place and nice location

All around a very nice property and stay. The one thing that wasn't quite as advertised was parking, there are 2 spaces reserved for other units but could not find any spots reserved for the unit we stayed in, and street parking in that area is hard to come by. Otherwise a great stay
