Beautiful property. Loved kayaking in the lake and using the paddle boat. Your life jackets are pristine. It was so easy to bring the kayaks down. The firepit was fun the kids loved their s’mores!! Three bathrooms are a huge plus with 3 families
We had an amazing stay! This home was even better than the photos - which almost never happens. Everything was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, and the plush towels, along with the shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided in every bathroom, made it feel like a luxury stay.We had a group of 11 (including 4 kids), and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. The small lake out back was a huge hit! We spent time fishing off the dock, the kids loved using the paddleboard and canoes, and we ended each evening making s’mores around the fire pit. We also appreciated that there were plenty of new life jackets available in a variety of sizes. The host was fantastic. Friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. I asked if there were hangers for the closets, and he brought some over within just a few hours. That level of attentiveness really stood out.If I had one very minor suggestion, it would be to add bathroom mats outside the showers and tubs so guests aren’t stepping directly onto the floor. It’s a small detail and certainly didn’t take away from our experience.Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely recommend this property. We can’t wait to come back!
This property was beautiful for a fall getaway. It was very clean, which was important to us, and very well maintained. We stayed with my parents and children and there was plenty of room. My husband and kids fished off of the dock in the back, and had a great time! A couple good restaurants close by as well for dine in or take out.
We had a lovely family stay in Lake Ariel. The house itself was beautiful, and the views were absolutely stunning—exactly what we were hoping for. The host was very responsive and always replied quickly, which we truly appreciated. The only downside during our four-night stay was a power outage that lasted a couple of hours. This was completely beyond the host’s control, but it did cause some inconvenience. Additionally, the TVs in the game room were not working, which was disappointing since we specifically chose this property for that space. Our group included three 20-year-olds and one 11-year-old, and without the TVs functioning, they didn’t spend as much time in the game room as we had hoped. That said, overall it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our time at the home. With a few fixes, this would easily be a five-star stay.
We had three generations stay here. The house itself is great. Master bedroom and kitchen are on the 2nd floor. Stairs are a little steep but once on the 2nd floor, you have everything you need, including a gorgeous lake view. If you need to do any work during your stay, there is a small room, with lake views which is surprisingly pretty soundproof. This lake is not swimmable but there are boats and kayaks to use. There is a swimmable lake 1 mile away. This property was very relaxing and peaceful.
Our group aged 71 to 6 with 3 teen girls, a 6 year old and an 11 year old boy. Plenty of space to separate for everyone. Grandma had privacy in lower level with all the amenities and shower. So many appliances in kitchen and all so modern we needed to look at instruction books! Beautiful kitchen and anything you could possibly need. Great screened porch with relaxing patio furniture for a
good book or a nap. The game room was a huge hit and we played air hockey about a hundred times. This home offered everything. It is a small quiet lake but the evening kayak rides were delightful. Only thing missing was a SUP but they are available to rent on the big lake. Home is just beautiful!
