Hi my name is Garret. I'm a happily married, father of 3 children and owner of the NEPA house. After graduating from Penn State, I spent a decade living in DC and NYC respectively. Growing up in Lake Ariel. I have a fond appreciation for the tranquility of nature and was eager to establish roots here once again! This is not your average house, but one that serves as my families second home!
Why they chose this property
Raising a family, we fell in love with the amenities that Wallenpaupack Lake Estates offers - walking distance to Lake Wallenpaupack, multiple pools, beaches, playgrounds, sport courts and fields there's always something to do! Or you can just as easily sit down and relax!
What makes this property unique
This property serves as our second home and is NOT your average investment property. It was not a quick flip or something we threw lip stick on! We have poured much attention into every aspect of the property since we bought it in 2017! We hope you'll love it as much as we do!
