Great Condo in Simpson Bay

Once again, this property exceeded our expectations throughout our repeat stay here. We may be biased having stayed here two years in a row, but Palm Beach Condos and this particular property is in the best location to explore the entire island. It's convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, airport, etc. Simpson Bay's beach is also amazing. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone considering a stay in SXM.

Outstanding condo and location

This Palm Beach condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The unit perfectly met our needs - clean, modern, well maintained, nice pool area and private (nearly) beautifully maintained grounds, right on the beaches of Simpson Bay. It was also a great location for our daily exploratory excursions and many good restaurants. Our host was great to work with and was exceptional with her communication timeliness. We hope to be back soon to continue our exploration of this beautiful island.
