Beautiful home. Excellently decorated and very clean. This was by far the quietest place we have ever stayed. Perfect location. We had everything we needed and then some! We will stay here again the next trip we make to Fredericksburg

Absolutely loved our stay. The hosts were very responsive to requests and also had a bottle of wine and danishes there for us when we checked in. The house was beautifully decorated and clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to include a standard coffee pot and a keurig. Location was perfect. Only 2 blocks away from Main Street. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

Great Location & Cool Historical Home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! It was 4 college friends who have known each other for 53 years and it was a great place to reunite and have so much fun! The house was great, the host was so easy to communicate with, and we had a ball. Would highly recommend this property! Very convenient to everything or just a short ride if you want to venture out, like we did!

Wonderful stay!

We spent 4 nights and 5 days with our 3 yr old, 7 month old and grandparents. The house is very accommodating and relaxing plus so close and walking distance to Main st. which is a major plus. This is a great property not only bc of location but the hosts were great. We will be coming back!

The host left a bottle of wine in the fridge and some delicious pastries Olin the kitchen. The house was BEAUTIFUL and we loved all of the high end details. It looked like a magazine. The location was fantastic, a quick two block walk to downtown which we did often.

This property is so well appointed—from the high end appliances to the quiet elegance of the furnishings. No gimmicky themes, just pure farmhouse simplicity and city refinement. Porch, balcony and yard added to the serenity. Loved the historic house and the books on early Fredericksburg.

Girls Annual Christmas Trip

The home was incredible. The extra little amenities, pastries, and coffee’s were a plus along with a bottle of wine. The cleanliness and location were perfect. Bedding and linens were wonderful as well. Beverly was so thoughtful and checked in with us. We will definitely see if it’s available for next year.

Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I rent lots of homes traveling and this one was top notch! I can’t say enough great things about not only the house but also Bethany. She was kind/ understanding to help us out with changing plans and soooo helpful! Also I loved how they kept the authenticity of the home but also had beautiful updates. Soooo charming in every way and tasteful! Will be staying again!!!!
