House was in a great quiet neighborhood. Not much in the way of restaurants or shops were, walkable but plenty of street parking and a great park two blocks away. House itself was clean and met the description and was ideal for us to move in our daughter at UW. Would stay there again.
This is a very clean and cute house that was in a great neighborhood to allow my daughter and I to explore Seattle and the surrounding National Parks. We would definitely stay here again!
Perfect house for two. Quaint neighborhood and easy walking to public transportation and restaurants and parks with a lake nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet Hideaway
Quaint house in a quiet neighborhood. Best suited for couples. Spotless cleaned. Highly recommend.
The property was represented perfectly in the photos and description. Great location. Quiet and comfortable. Walkable to coffee, restaurants, groceries and Greenlake. Ample street parking. House was appointed with everything we needed. Definitely recommend.
The house is spacious and well-laid out. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, flatware, pots & pans. The large living room & study were comfortable. The washer and dryer are full-sized units located in the basement. Parking is on quiet street. Our only issue was communication with the unit owner. We asked a question shortly after booking and never received a reply.

A lovely stay
Overall this was a very clean, comfortable house for our visit to Seattle. We enjoyed the safe, quiet neighborhood, functional kitchen with french press and coffee grinder, easy parking and access to the zoo (which was about a 15 minute walk). A few suggestions - blackout shades in the front room / office with the pull out couch would be a big help especially when visiting in June as it's light out very late (kids didn't want to go to bed!) and the sun rises around 5AM. I also think it would be difficult to sleep 4 people, as there's only a king bed and a twin pull-out couch. There is a 2nd couch available in the living room but it doesn't convert to a bed. A laundry basket would also have helped. Otherwise, we would happily rent again when in town (but would bring eye shades for the front-bedroom kids).
