The property was clean and very well maintained. It's a cute little house in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The bedrooms have window AC units, which helped as we arrived on a pretty hot day. The house was close to everything we wanted to see and do, we'd definitely stay here again!
The house was adorable – a perfect mix of the past and present. Many decorative features were period for the home, but the updates made everything so comfortable. We were there to see the Cincinnati Reds versus Seattle Mariners games, and the drive was super easy to get to the park. Also close enough to Parks Place Market, and many other areas as well. Hosts were incredible and easily reachable if needed. This house was perfect for our small group and I would definitely stay again.
My family of three adults enjoyed our stay and found the house comfortable and convenient. We were able to walk to several coffee shops, catch the bus from just a block away, and park our car easily most of the time (twice the driveway was blocked by a neighbor's guest who shares the parking area). We appreciated having condiments provided for cooking and a variety of pots/pans/utensils. We also enjoyed visits outside from a friendly neighborhood cat, Frito! My only issue was with the slippery bathtub and mat, and I've reached out to the owners, so hopefully that will be taken care of soon.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Cindy and Jose. Their place is located in a quiet neighborhood with both Safeway and Trader Joe's within easy walking distance, and bus routes to downtown are just nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the pots and dishes we needed. Visiting in May was a real treat, as we got to enjoy Seattle’s beautiful blooming flowers.
Nothing better than going back to a place we know and love to spend the holidays with our daughters Everything was perfect even better than last year and we had a blast.. even the weather blessed us with 5 sunny and beautiful daysWe certainly hope to be able to go back this year
Amazing home, spacious and cozy! Historic home built in 1900 but had everything you need in modern society and the feeling of kind of going back in time was priceless!!!
Most of the activities we did were within walking distance. It is such a nice little area and the house is so charming. I would love to stay here again.
The house was in a great location for us. We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the welcome basket and the fans since we came during the hottest and driest time of the year.
We had such a great trip and staying here made it that much more comfortable. The home is as described and very centrally located, we walked everywhere. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Cindy included lovely little local treats for us. We would definitely stay again.
Property is walking distance to a cool corner coffee shop and two blocks from an excellent grocery store. The house was close to downtown and all the local attractions. The house itself was very comfortable and offered everything we needed for our stay.
Really happy about our whole experience. Communication was quick and efficient The house was well furnished. The location was perfect for our need to be close to our family .
Cindy and Jose are the sweetest! They left us Valentine's treats on each bed and the couch. They were so kind to change out the feather pillows and comforter in one bedroom for one of the three visitors who has allergies. They had snacks and coffee waiting for us. The house was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. We are so grateful to have a sibling weekend in such a beautiful space. Thank you!!
