Grad trip

Great location for visiting to attend the Roger Williams graduation. Clean, comfortable and close to all things needed. Only complaint is the refrigerator and freezer appears to be dying. Not keeping things cold or ice frozen.

Summer vacation

We loved everything about this location! Distance from the airport as well as distances from. Newport and Providence! One small suggestion would be to add a railing along stairs to upper level bedrooms (stairs are just a bit steep). Otherwise, everything was breathtaking and gorgeous! My favorite times were awakening to the birds chirping along with rabbits hopping through the yard, with majestic sunrises easily viewed from the balcony!! Great place for a getaway!!

Generally, a very nice property. However, a number of small repairs need to be made, such as fixing the kitchen cabinet doors and the grate below the fireplace. Perhaps others would not be concerned about this, but we had a one year old crawling around the house, and you know how infants love to pull at things!!

Nice place Fit our needs

Minor complaints. The location was basically an empty house with minimum amenities. Should be advertised as 2 bedrooms and king bed in basement. 3 couples max. No waterfront access just the partial view. No welcoming book of basic information. However, fit our needs based upon location.
