Our location is ideal for traveling between Dallas and Fort Worth being 5-10 minutes to I20 or I30. Perfect for family vacations, business stays or for any local games.

No smoking , with evidences of smoking inside there will be a $350 clean up fee. Smoke outside is okay, just dispose the cigarette butts properly.
No parties or events. 1pets are allow with $200 pet fee per pet Must be informed / approved. Biweekly cleaning /charge is required for 28 days+stay
No illegal activities or drug use allowed on or inside the property. No loud noise; 10 pm - 9 am. Late check out 1/2 hr =$25
