Everything that we advertise in our listing is provided at the property, and we work hard to ensure the home is properly equipped for our guests. If there were additional items you felt would have improved your stay, we would have been happy to consider adding them. Regarding the refrigerator beeping, our team checked it after checkout and no issues were detected. The alert typically occurs when the door is not fully closed, which appears to have been the case. To our future guests who is reading this review - as soon as Darcy brought it up that AC wasn’t working, we sent our AC maintenance person over there and it was fixed within a few hours of her check in. We did not offer compensation as this guest booked the place for 8 people, and showed up with 18 instead. We also accommodated a free early check in for her.

Anything after the 3rd sentence, is very opinionated and not based on true experience or accurate description of our property. First and most important, we don’t advertise anything that we don’t have. Everything mentioned on this listing and shown on our pictures is a very accurate description of what you should expect when booking our property. Our kitchen is equipped with basic essentials and equipment which are all listed. Every bedroom has nightstands, just like shown in our pictures. Our listing also clearly indicates and again we mention it in our welcome message that pool and spa can be heated one at a time as the jacuzzi is build into the pool and everything operates under one heating unit. We would also NEVER leave any wet towels for incoming guests to “deal with.” Our furniture is far from a thrift store and we make everything as comfortable as possible throughout the stay. And yes, we do only provide one set of keys, just like any other place would. We urge all our potential guests who are reading this review to check the rest of reviews. As far as nearby neighbors and nearby attractions - there are plenty of nice places to visit - but each to its own. Janet never said a word to us to even attempt to satisfy her “issues”. We strive to provide a very high level of service and are always available for our guests.
