No dogs, no parties or events. Parking in driveway only, no street or grass parking. No noise after 10 pm. This is a quiet neighborhood and we must keep our neighbors happy.

Great location and place for families with children. We swam, fished and kayaked. Owners were very responsive and hot tub was a dream.

Absolutely perfect stay! We had the most amazing stay at Stu and Cathy’s beautiful home in Cape Coral, Florida. Everything was perfect for our family getaway, and we created so many special memories together. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon! Highly recommend staying here. Stu and Cathy truly go above and beyond.

Escaping to warmer weather, we made the most of our stay. The beautiful pool and lounging areas were the focus for our day and evening activities. The home was comfortable and a great location, central to everything. Loved the amenities! Would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We were on a bike ride checking out the neighborhood when we noticed this house was for sale. We first fell in love with the beautiful palm tree lined street in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, with water on both sides of the street. Once we walked into the house the view of the outside-in was breathtaking. The infinity pool, the balcony and the cascading waterfalls, we fell in love immediately!

What makes this property unique

Sitting in the pool watching the sparkling water and the boats going by. The beautiful sunrise, amazing views from the house, pool deck and upper balcony blew us away. This is truly a unique experience. Stu and Cathy are the owners, customer service and we want you to come back.
