Chillin Away is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, our property features modern amenities such as Sonos speakers, a coffee bar, and a fire pit, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the local area. The fully equipped kitchen has all-new stainless-steel appliances, including a wine fridge, blender, slow-cooker, waffle maker, and more. When the weather is warm, fire up the gas grill and enjoy al fresco dining in the covered gazebo by the pool.

Located within a 10 min drive from downtown South Haven, Saugatuck, and Fennville, there's plenty to see and do, from art galleries to wineries and breweries. Chillin Away promises an atmosphere of total peace and tranquility, with every detail carefully curated to ensure your comfort is our top priority. - By booking this property you hereby agree to the house rules
- Minimum age to rent: 25
- Must sign rental agreement
- Uploaded copy of Driver’s License of individual renting must be received within 48 hrs of booking or booking will be cancelled
- Must submit upon booking $500 credit card form for an off platform security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
- Not a party house
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Check out by 10:00 AM ($50 per hour past check out time)
- Max 12 total guests allowed including infants or visitors. If you bring more guests than on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
- No animals allowed. If any animals are brought to the home, you will forfeit your full deposit, will be charged additional clean-up fees to the card on file and will be required to vacate the property with no refunds.
- No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside or outside the home. Security deposit will be forfeited if home smells like smoke.
- No outside loud noise is allowed between 9:00pm – 8:00 am & no outdoor music by the pool, screaming outside the house or in the private road. Guests are expected to be respectful of the residential neighbors. Any noise complaints made by neighbors or any report of parties being thrown at the house will result in reimbursement for damages, additional cleaning fees and immediate eviction without a refund.
- To comply with HOA Association and local noise ordinances, the Property is equipped with internal/external noise monitoring devices on 24/7. These do not record audio, only monitor noise levels.
- Guest acknowledges security cameras located on the exterior of the property facing driveway are on and recording outside only audio/video when motion detected, cease when motion ends; recordings reviewed solely for emergencies, damage assessment or enforcing house rules. Tampering with cameras will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.
- Hot tub is for the guests that are occupying this house only
- Pool is only for the occupants of this home. If your group is renting multiple homes in the area, it is not allowed to all gather on this home premises.
- The pool is cleaned weekly and servicing schedule might fall on a day during guest stay. Owner provides skimmer nets; it will be your responsibility to keep debris out of pool and hot tub during your stay.

- Wood for fire-pit not provided. Guest can purchase bundles at nearby stores
- Indoor gas fireplace available October- April
- Streaming TV channels on smart TVs require guest account to view.
