The house is brand new construction and was professionally decorated by an interior designer. I own and manage 5 vacation rental houses (3 on the Chattahoochee River near Helen, 1 in the Florida Keys, and 1 in The Bahamas). I only live about 45 minutes away, so I typically come over to the property about once a week to check on things and make sure all is in order, coordinate repairs, etc.. so this is a well maintained property. My wife and I have 3 kids that grew up playing in the river behind this property.

Why they chose this property

It's brand new, and it has spectacular views of the river. And you will enjoy the river and being on the property that you wont even want to leave to go into Helen. This house is first class and is made for those that like to "treat themselves" when they go on vacation and dont want to skimp on their vacation accommodations.
