We stayed here for Miami University's 2026 graduation, and it was perfect. This was our second time at this property, as we also stayed here for our daughter's graduation in 2024. Only 33 minutes to campus on back roads worked for us, and the house was perfectly appointed. We shared the house with another family, and there was plenty of space.

The home is an adorable colonial just as advertised. It is very clean in an adorable neighborhood. The hosts were helpful and reached out with condolences when they found out we were in town for a funeral. Will stay there again.

This was our second stay at the Albrecht House in Richmond. We love that there is a nice-sized dining room with larger table in the house - it makes our Thanksgiving celebration the best! Everything was well-appointed and clean. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. It’s was clean, warm (visited in January), comfortable, and inviting. All we could want was there available to us. Not planning a longer stay was our only regret. The location was also perfect for our needs. We have family in the area and usually stay in a hotel, but we’re looking forward to planning a longer stay and this would be our first choice.

Perfect spot in Richmond!

This was a great place for my husband and I and our adult children to stay for the weekend. Location was close to restaurants. I only wish the weather had been nicer so we could have taken advantage of the great back yard.
