Perfect condo for a weekend at the lake. Boat slip was great to keep our boat in the water for the stay. Condo was very comfortable and very well equipped. We will definitely be back.

Lake Anna Getaway

Very nice condo would stay there again. Property manager was quick to respond to questions we had during our stay. Would suggest information/instructions on operation of TV. No problem with WiFi, but signal for TV kept dropping.

Lake Anna

The process of booking and getting into the property was easy. It was located close to the lake with easy boat access and our own boat slip. Our only real complaint was that our condo was very dirty throughout. I immediately reported it to the manager and she refunded us the cleaning fee.

I do not recommend this place

Property was in a great location. The condo wasn't clean, dog hair was on the couch. I contact the Property manager twice about the AC not working so I stayed there with no air. It looks so nice on the inside just viewing. I will never stay there again

Lisa, we apologize for your issues with the air. Your stay was over a major holiday weekend and our maintenance crew couldn't find any issue with the air other than some confusion on how to use the "smart thermostat". We did place an HVAC service call at your request, however, there was no response over the major holiday weekend since it was not an emergency and temperatures were not HOT or COLD. We do hope that you enjoyed the rest of your stay. We hope you will continue to visit Lake Anna.

Lake Anna

Let me start by saying the condo was better than the listing suggested. It was larger than expected, there was a boat ramp/marina 100 yards away, and updated. But the communication was dismal! I had to ask for address (sent without unit number), ask for boat slot, ask for key code, then ask for unit number…. All while driving to the rental.

My stay

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. The only downside was the ants in the kitchen. The place should probably be sprayed to get rid of them. Also, it was difficult confirming the reservation and there were no instructions on what to expect after confirmation was made. I was a first time user and didn’t know what to expect. I had to ask for the address and was told I would receive the address and access code right before check-in. Key here is that I had to ask for it. If that was explained in the confirmation email, I missed it. Other than that, the place was great. The location is fabulous and the boat doc is convenient. I will stay there again. Thank you!
