Breathtaking views of the Gulf from the balcony of this top floor end unit. Beautiful white sands and clear waters of the Gulf await. You will have an updated kitchen and dining area for four. The building is situated directly on the beach with no roads to cross. Parking is plentiful and convenient. There are two elevators on site to carry you up to the top floor. Easy access to attractions such as Oakaloosa Pier, boat rentals, Gulfarium, Crab Island, and downtown Fort Walton. Beach Service with 2 chairs and umbrella will be provided from March through October.

The mini condo was absolutely perfect for a couple. It had a very beachy feeling and loved loved loved the balcony right on the beach. We spent alit if time out there just relaxing, watching and lustening to thet waves. Just what we were looking for peaceful relaxation. It was also a plus that the chairs and umbrella came with the room for beach days out close to the water. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean with a great view of the ocean and beach from a very nice size balcony. Very quiet and peaceful, accept for the very loud boom from the air conditioner in the bedroom when it starts running. When the host was contacted a service man responded quickly and informed us that nothing could be done because of the type of system in the building. Otherwise it is worth 5 stars.

I was excited to stay at this property as the reviews raved about it. With it being our Honeymoon, I was REALLY excited. To be honest, I thought, when entering the unit, we would find some kind of 'Congratulations' or 'Happy Honeymoon'...or some kind of acknowledgement as to the purpose of our visit - to no avail. Was it a deal breaker, no. But, I thought it would have been a nice touch. Overall, I must say, unit 7P was pleasant. It was tucked away on the top floor of the building, at the very end, next to the stairwell. There were comments of how quiet and peaceful this unit is - and while that may be true, I think it depends on your neighbors. Ours, were SUPER active - at all hours. Also, the air conditioning unit, makes this INCREDIBLY loud noise EVERY time it comes on. So, if you're a light sleeper such as myself, this was quite LOUD. I had to use my ear plugs to drain out that LOUD boom-sound that happened every time the AC came on. And, the unit, sits right at the bedroom area - VERY LOUD!! The kitchen was fully stacked with all necessities, cookware, utensils, glasses, coffee cups and a coffee maker. If you prefer K-Cups, you'll have to purchase, but all of that was noted before we arrived. As far as communication with the owner, it was good. No issues there. We loved the pool and the walkway that led to the white sand and ultimately the gulf - ABSOLUTE FAB!!!! God's canvas was Extraordinary! Thank you for the reset Okaloosa!!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was cozy, comfortable, and clean! It’s in a great location with beautiful views of the beach. The host gave excellent communication and made sure everything was a breeze. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.
