Bad this is a scam I didn’t stay here

We landed in Miami the host was unresponsive. I had no way to get in the unit. Me and my fiancé had to find another location to stay. We was here for four days with our guest for his birthday celebration. we put in for a refund once we realize that we had to rebook and stay somewhere else we’re still waiting on a refund and it’s Tuesday, March 26 and our booking was for Friday, March 22, 2024 Vrbo is not accommodating us in no way if you’re booking this location please don’t because it’s a scam.
