About this property

Magical Garden House With Beautiful Heated Pool

Stay at our beautiful retro guesthouse, with a private heated salt pool surrounded by over 70 types of plants. Original decor has been beautifully restored, with a modern upgraded kitchen. Outdoors you'll find areas to lounge, eat, and relax. We are not able to host children under 12 or pets at this location. 3 minutes drive from Wilton Drive, 8 minutes to Las Olas and 10 to the Beach.

The space
Two bedrooms with en-suites:
The pink bedroom has a king size bed & blackout curtains.
The blue bedroom has a queen size bed & blinds.
Both have comfy foam mattresses.
Each bathroom has a tub with a fixed shower head.
The living room has an oversized sectional.
The smart TVs have Netflix included, as well as free channels. You can sign in to other services with your own account.
The kitchen has a 4 seat eat-in counter.
We provide a starter kit of snacks and water.
Central AC with a digital thermostat (range from 68-76).
Fast and strong WIFI signal in all rooms and the outdoor area.
Outside you'll find seating and dining areas, and loungers with umbrellas.
Guest access

You'll have private use of the gated back yard and the pool during your stay. Enter through the 1339 gate, follow the path on the left to the back. The guest house is across from the pool, with the sea-foam green doors. The left door leads to the living room. The code for the door will be sent automatically through the system. Unlock by entering the code then pressing the ✓ button. if you get the code wrong, please the "x" button before trying again.

The Garden house was very clean and comfortable. The Bathroom had towels, wash cloths and blow dryer available. Kitchen was stocked with coffee pods, tea and some spices and condiments. A Keurig coffee pot, tea kettle, microwave, blender was available and we had access to a washer and dryer. The pool was heated, clean and beautiful. It had a secluded tropical feel surrounding it. All the plants, trees and greenery are well taken care of. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool, cooking out on the grill and enjoyed the beautiful lighting around the garden house and pool area in the evening. We felt like we were in our own little oasis! We enjoyed a relaxing time in the sunshine and warm weather for our winter getaway.
