Girls trip
It was wonderful; just not having any service from the closest town until being at the home made it difficult to verify the instructions to get there but other then that the place was exactly what my friends and I were looking for!

Great stay
We had a really great stay here, we really enjoyed the river. Just like the other comments pointed out, the house itself is not secluded, the community it is in is secluded. You can see the neighbors porch from your porch, however, that wasnt a big deal to us. The river is a short walk or short drive, I will say I think the walking trail should be marked better, we werent sure where to go at first. We found our way though and wow, the river was beautiful! I also loved all the firewood that was provided, and it burned great! One thing I would say is the picture of the kayaks should probably be removed, because when I originally booked the property, I was under the impression they would be for us to use and they were locked up when we got there, I am assuming they are there for the optional kayaking tour you can book. There were crumbs all inside the fold down table, and some of the dishes inside of it were dirty. I didnt particularly enjoy the amount of food left in the fridge and freezer, that was odd, I've never stayed somewhere that had so many personal items but it really was like someones actual house. We werent sure what we were allowed to use or not, like the hunting bow, the fishing poles. The drawers in the bedroom were also filled with clothes which again was odd and a first for me. It definitely felt very personal. There was also a tobacco/marijuana pipe left on the outdoor table, which again, odd. Overall though, we had a really good time.

Eclipse
The cabin was very well maintained. Some grocery items were available for use if you needed them. Cabin was very clean. If you’re looking for privacy or seclusion, this is the place. One neighbor who never bothered us, very rarely saw her. Wish it had internet, but other than that, everything was great. The manager was very helpful and quick to reply if we had questions.

Different than I thought
The pictures were deceiving, they gave the thought that the cabin was secluded. That was NOT the case, I felt like I was being watched the whole time. We were not allowed to bring pets, but their was a black dog that was there the whole time, and it smelled awful, like it had been rolling around in something dead. The cabin was cute, and I liked the set up, but we won't stay there again.
