Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This was a perfect location near 2 lifts. The mountain was bare in many areas due to the lack of snow but we were thankful for the runs that were still open. Storing skis in the main area was great. The outside area was perfect for our littles to play in the grass and conveniently located to everything, pool, hot tub, restaurants, playground. We would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Check-in, communication
The digital keys did not work, so check in was terrible. (We tried digital keys on approximately seven different phones without success.) There is a check in desk, but the attendants said they could not help us since we booked through VRBO. The attendants always acted very bothered any time we tried to ask them a question. We finally got a hold of someone who brought us keys to let us in. He said he was "on call" and that we could get a hold of any him anytime we needed something. We tried multiple times over several days and he rarely responded to our phone calls or text messages. We were informed beforehand that there would be construction at our building, but the construction would be far away from our rooms. Unfortunately the construction was right outside of our windows and so we heard loud noises throughout our entire trip. We had a large group at this property and therefore, needed four different cars. Each car was charged 25 a day for parking . Got to be quite expensive after several days . Not sure why parking wasn't included since much of the facility was unoccupied . Others in our large group stayed at other facilities very nearby. I would recommend that you consider one of the other properties close by as they did not have the issues that we did and had very enjoyable stays. Think twice before booking this property.
