Incredible location in colonia Escandón, 2 blocks away from Condesa. Near the metrobús. 4 blocks from a park and the local market. It is a traditional neighborhood, with lots of stores, "taquerías", coffee shops, and restaurants. The nightlife at the Condesa neighborhood is at hand, you can go and come walking.
