This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. Owner, Raul, responded to questions immediately and clearly. There are whiteboards in the apartment with instructions and recommendations for restaurants, etc. The building has a 24/7 doorperson for admittance, and they were friendly and quickly recognized us. The apartments are entered through a central courtyard. The apartment is comfortably furnished, modern and fully equipped including a wonderful coffee machine and water filtration process. All was spotless. Be aware that this is a two-floor apartment with living spaces and a powder room on the first floor and two bedrooms, each with a full bath, upstairs. We enjoyed the layout which is quite spacious. The location in Roma Norte is ideal. It is within walking distance of excellent restaurants including some of which we had reservations for that are less than a block away. Go to Rosetta Restaurant and Maximo (reservations required for both) for great dinners and to Rosetta panaderia and Niddo (google Pati Jinich #1409) for breakfast or lunch. Public transportation is easy to access from the apartment, and Uber pickup was never more than a few minutes. Staying here added so much to our enjoyment of Mexico City. If you are considering booking this property, do it now before someone else takes it.

Incredible location in Roma Norte close to all Michelin star restaurants. It was walkable to Rosetta and easy access to many nearby attractions. The value of the apartment was incredible and I can’t believe we only paid the amount of money we did for the location . We had seven days of a wonderful stay. Raul was incredibly responsive and addressed any concern or need we had. I can’t wait to come back and would definitely recommend this to any close family member.

The host was very responsive to our requests! The house is well supplied with everything you would need. We stayed 2 weeks and loved the convenience of grocery store, restaurants and attractions. Uber was very easy to use if something was outside of walking distance. Raul provided us with suggestions of restaurants and sightseeing. Enjoyed the pastries on every street! The house is lovely!

Nice location

The location is nice, close to some of the Best restaurants in Mexico city. The building is also very safe with security 24/7. The host was nice and responsive. It was a good expérience.

Great Apartment in Great Location

Apartment is in great location, super clean, very well appointed(great coffee maker) and very spacious. Little balcony on second floor was great for morning coffee and enjoying the sites and sounds of Roma Norte! Thank you Catalina and family for hosting us. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place at the heart of Roma Nte

The pictures only partially show how great the place is! It's also steps away from some of the best spots in Roma Nte/Condesa. Raul and Catalina were super communicative and accommodating. This is the place you want to get in CDMX!

Amazing apartment in an Awesome neighborhood!

My adult daughter, her boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The apartment has everything, even yoga mats, which I used. And thoughtful details, including a well equipped kitchen and even a few eggs and three ways to make delicious coffee. We were steps away from great shopping, restaurants, and bars, and Ubers were quick to arrive when needed.I cannot think of a better place to stay for A Mexico City getaway!
