My family had a wonderful week at this property. The view was amazing. The sunsets were beautiful! My kids really enjoyed the heated pool after a day at the beach. The location is a skip away from Bridge street which has lots of restaurants and the AMI pier. My son fished there every evening. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. If we plan another trip to AMI I would stay here again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. This was my family's first time to this sort of Florida, I've raved about it for years, and so the stakes were high! We wanted somewhere on the beach (for part of my crew that needs ample breaks), walkable if we wanted to eat/shop, and I could hear the waves from the porch. It was so hard for all of us to leave, it was perfect on every level. My family, who is full of complainers, had none. It was absolutely spectacular in everyway!! We can't wait to come back next year.

Stairs!

There should be something stated in the information about the stairs. If someone was handicapped/injury/recovering the stairs would be a problem. The location is GREAT. The beach is BEAUTIFUL! Could have been a little cleaner! But would stay there again!

The location is amazing…. You can walk out to a very nice beach, with a great sunset every night. We have a conversion van and that can be a problem to park, but they have outdoor reserved parking and covered if you fit under the building. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, but has a kitchen that was well stocked. We are grandparents that were down with our grandson at IMG for a week (7-8 miles away). The condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator, it was little workout, but not a deal killer…..cheers
