This beautiful bright 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo allows enjoyment of sunrise coffee on your balconies & sunsets right out your front door on the white sandy beach of Anna Maria Island. This beachfront retreat is in a prime location. You can choose to cook in our fully equipped kitchen or dine out. You are walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. The FREE Trolley stop is within walking distance.
Additional amenities include, Elevator, Tennis Courts, Gazebo, Community Heated Pool, Private HUGE Ground Level Storage Room with all the Beach supplies you’ll need. (Bring your Bikes and Golf Clubs)

Great stay at the beach

Enjoyed staying at this property. Stepped out every night to watch sunset. Every sunset is different. Very clean and well stocked unit. Owner was available at all times. Recommend this u it for a wonderful stay on Holmes Beach.

Michael’s communication was fantastic. He checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was perfect for our needs and provided us a family atmosphere while on vacation. The beach was absolutely anmazing. Michael had all of the necessary beach accessories that we needed to have an amazing time in the sand. Anna Maria Island is truly a perfect spot for beach lovers. It has a small town feel to it yet opens up to the Gulf and a never-ending horizon of sea. We will absolutely stay here again. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Perfect time away

We had such a great time! All of the amenities made it a lot more enjoyable, such as the sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards, and beach towels. Traveling with kiddos, you need all of the things at the beach and it was such a blessing that those types of things were provided! We will be back for sure!

Perfect Beach Vacation Getaway

We enjoyed the most fabulous week at this amazing property in Anna Maria. The condo location cannot be beat - it so close to many shops, restaurants, bars, the marina, etc. Michael is such an accomodating host and his communication is second to none. The condo is great - it's completely stocked and super comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway on one of the best beaches - this is your place.

The property owner is exceptional. Quickly reponded to any question and followed up to be sure we resolved the issue. Comfortable, well stocked with dishes and linens. Room for the grandkids to sleep over.

Directly on the beach! Clean, nicely decorated condo. Cute 2nd bedroom with plenty of space to accommodate 3 guests. We were very pleased with the owners’ attention to details and the quick response to our questions. Great assortment of beach toys as well. Very pleased!

Quiet paradise in perfect location

These owners know what they are doing! They have thought of everything that you did not think of. The place was clean well stocked and perfectly located steps from the beach. I was by myself and it was very quiet and I felt very safe. I recommend a rental car but everything is very close by. I will definitely return!

Great Beach, Very Well Equipped

The property was just as described: clean, comfortable, and well located to a great beach. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with, and anxious to please. We chose this as a replacement for a rental on Sanibel where we have been going for 40 years. Except for the extensive bike paths on Sanibel, this is a close match. We are 65++

Very comfortable!

The condo has comfortable furniture, a nicely furnished kitchen, it's a little dated but beautifully decorated. Lots of linens except for wash cloths. The best part was the storage unit full of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc and a wagon to haul it all down to the beach! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Fun in the Sun!

Property was in a excellent location. Easy to find, and easy for trips on the island. Centrally located. Walk to beach was easy, owner provided chairs, wagons beach toys, towels, etc. I would def. rent from him again! Owner always responded to our questions in a prompt manner.

Unbelievable Sunsets

Very quiet room and building with a short walk to the Gulf. It was really nice to have the storage room that was filled with chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and a cart to haul to the sand. We walked to get ice cream and dinner on occasion but mostly made our meals in the well stocked kitchen. I also liked that our parking space was numbered and covered. Cant wait to come back!

Nice and quiet

My sister, father and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved having really nice beach chairs and towels as well as umbrellas. We didn’t use the cooler but that would certainly have been convenient too. My dad is 85 and could not spend much time in the sun so we took full advantage of the screened in porch. He loved it. We had a wonderful, relaxing time!

Amazing condo on the beach!

This condo was perfect! I’ve never stayed in a place where amenities were so thoughtfully covered. Michael was super fast in any communication. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, super convenient, and the storage unit with beach accessories (chairs, wagon, toys, etc) was the perfect touch. We didn’t have to pack beach towels or anything for the beach, as they had it all covered. The washer/dryer is amazing. The condo is very quiet and that particular strip on the beach was never crowded for us. Our children, ages 10 and 12, thoroughly enjoyed themselves as well. Such a laid back community and island. Thank you for the wonderful vacation experience!

Our first time to AMI

This was our first trip to AMI. Property owner was great with communication not just about the rental property itself, but also about place to check out while on the island. The property location was excellent. The island trolley drives right by the unit, so we didn’t even really need a vehicle the whole time here to see the island. The beach was literally steps behind the complex. We brought a wagon and beach toys from home, only to realize everything we needed was already here in the units storage room! As to the unit itself, it really felt like home. The owner definitely didn’t skimp on the furniture and necessities needed. The beds were super comfortable, great coffee maker, all the cooking tools we needed to make some meals. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect Paradise Property

Thanks to this amazing property we had the very best week of our lives in paradise! Everything we needed was in the condo or very close by. Very clean and spacious! Plenty of linens, kitchen supplies, towels, and most important- beach supplies! We loaded up the awesome wagon every day with chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, ice chest and more and made the very short walk right out the door to our private, white sand beach. The property owner is wonderful and more responsive than any owner I have ever dealt with. He made sure we had everything we needed and all questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The washer and dryer inside the condo were clean and newer so we were able to come home with clean clothes- a mom’s dream!! The condo comes with a covered parking spot which was amazing! The property is in such a great location, our family walked the entire island on the beach. We walked south one day and then all the way north another day. The Manatee Beach cafe is only a mile away on the beach and a great night spot. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful all around

4 of us just stayed for 8 days in this beautiful clean and well appointed condo. It has everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation. It is just a short walk to some amazing sunsets and dolphins playing in the mornings on the beach. It is also within walking distance to many shops and restaurants on the island. The host Micheal is fantastic and answers any questions you may have at anytime, whether before, during or after your stay. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I would not hesitate to stay here over and over. Thank you for making our vacation worry free and offering your home to us. Love AMI.

Amazing location, beautiful beaches

Highly recommend this property. The property sits right on the beach, this unit overlooks the tennis court with no ocean view but that doesn't matter. It's a short walk, approximately 50 yards to the beach and for the price you can't beat it. The unit was clean and had everything you need. You can easily make all of your meals there if you want to save money on eating out, however, there are some great places to eat within walking distance. The storage unit had everything we needed for the beach including countless chairs, several umbrellas, pool noodles, a few toys for the kids to play in the sand and a wagon to haul it all out there. The beach is huge and has plenty of room to have your own space. It wasn't crowded at all and the sand is as soft as silk. You can walk for miles in either direction. It's within walking distance to The Ugly Grouper which was our favorite. As well as Hurricane Hanks and The Feast, which is right next to Small Town Creamery that had too many different flavors of ice cream to count. It's a short drive to the Publix grocery store which sits next to CVS. We enjoyed the shopping on Bridge Street which was about a 10 minute drive south. We really didn't have any complaints at all and will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!

Great location and clean

Very pleased with condo. It was very clean and had everything you would need. The room for beach stuff was the largest I've ever had at any condo I've stayed at. It had everything you would need for a fantastic beach day. It was also easy access on the bottom floor. No need to lug sandy beach stuff up the elevator as I've had to at other condos. Being on the beach is awesome. And Anna Maria has a fantastic beach. We even had a manatee swim by us on our last day.

Great Condo on Holmes Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on Holmes Beach! The owner is great- he was super helpful during the booking process, made check-in and out very easy, even helped answer questions for me about tourist adventures on the island. The condo is newly renovated- a beautiful upscale beach decor, very nice furnishings and tile or hardwood floors throughout. The washer and dryer in the unit is very convenient. Also has a tv in each bedroom as well as a big one in the sitting area. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds in the second bedroom! The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The refrigerator has an ice machine too which comes in very handy for packing a cooler for the beach. The location is great- close to great shops, walking distance to the Ugly Grouper restaurant, walking distance to the free island trolley stop, and a quieter beach than you will find at the public beach locations. The condo complex sits directly on Holmes Beach- it is just a very short walk down the pathway to get to the beautiful white sand beach from this condo. An even shorter walk will take you to the pool which is very nice- warm, clean, and deep enough in the deep end that the kids had a great time diving to the bottom. The owner keeps a storage area full of everything you need for the beach- umbrellas, various heights of beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, pool noodles, sand toys, and a beach wagon to pull everything down to the beach with you in one trip! Overall- everything you need to enjoy the beauty of the island! We can't wait to book our next trip to this condo!

We have always loved beach vacations and have traveled the Caribbean, Cancun, Cabo, Jamaica and still find Anna Maria the most beautiful beach with a quaint relaxing atmosphere. We've been coming to this Island for over 10 years. This is a wonderful retreat for us. We love taking long walks on the Beach and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the wonderful Cuisine the many restaurants the Island has to offer.
