- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the neighboring properties’ peace and enjoyment are prohibited and may result in eviction without refund and fines up to $5,000. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- The card holder on the payment card used for the reservation must match the main booking guest on the Rental Agreement.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 1 0-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-2879.

- 14-29 days prior to arrival date: 50% Refund
