Park City 3 BD w/ Hot Tub and Pool Access located at the base of PCMR

Location, location, location! Three Kings unit #26 is along the Park City Golf Course and just a short walk to the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. With just a short walk to the Summer and Winter activities at the base of the resort this is a prime location for all seasons and on the free shuttle line to get to Deer Valley and Historic Main Street of Park City where the majority of the nightlife is happening.

This nice 3 bedroom 2.75 baths unit has everthing you need to be comfortable with tv's in every room, including a 3D TV with Blue Ray in the living room. Great views of the slopes from the dining area.

Main floor: When entering the condo you will notice the master with king bed and attached 3/4 remodeled bathroom also accessible from the living room area. Down the hall from entrance is the updated kitchen with wine temperature controlled mini fridge, electric stove. Main family room and dining area are adjoining with gorgeous views of slopes.

2nd floor: Upstairs there is another bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom, as well as another bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds best suited for children. There is another full bath across from bunkroom. On this level there is also the washer and dryer, another family room area perfect for kids with wrap around couch including a sofa sleeper and twin bed for additional sleeping for 2 more.

Great Family Thanksgiving Trip

We were lucky to have a snowstorm right before our trip and the close proximity to both the Park City Mountain downhill skiing and the local Nordic cross country trail was PERFECT! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location; awesome amenities

This property is great for families or friends. There’s plenty of room. It is very close to the Eagle lift as well as many other lifts to access the mountain. It also has a heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse and work out room that is within a short walk from the condo. The owners are responsive and very generous. We’d highly recommend this property.

Well Located for Skiiers

This unit is super well located to the First Time lift and resort center - definitely walkable for adults and older kids in ski boots. The unit is a bit tired, but if you're there to power ski, who cares? No hot tub as previously advertised, but the complex pool and hot tub are very close (2 minute walk). Property manager was helpful and quick.

Quick and Easy Ski Trip

This was a good condo for the last minute ski trip for four guys. Everyone had their own room to sleep in. Location was good... relatively short uphill walk to First Time lift. Easy parking. Quiet location. Appliances are dated. Property management was very responsive. Solid, no frills condo.

Not as advertised!

No private hot tub, despite that being prominent in the heading of the listing, (hot tub and pool are down the street) beds were truly uncomfortable, sheets did not fit bunk beds so they popped off frequently, 6 small “bath” towels for the entire condo, no pool towels, power outlets on kitchen counter do not work (I resent the gfi no success) no cable TV.

Condo has plenty of room to stretch out.
