Welcome to my cozy inviting home and to the Ocean State! From the centrally located location, your entire group will enjoy easy access to many local attractions. You are less than 10 minutes away from downtown Providence, Federal Hill, Thayer St, Brown University, RISD and Johnson & Wales University. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, at my house and the best part is that you are surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries! Please reach out first to see if your dates available before you book.

We had a really fun couple of days for 6ppl! Very roomy and comfortable Outdoor space is perfect Owners are so easy to communicate with and kind… left us some amazing pizza from a local bakery and extra toiletries which was a special appreciated touch!

Amazing Stay!

This VRBO may be one the of the best we've stayed, and we've stayed at quite a few! Great location close to everything. Fully stocked kitchen made it possible to cook breakfast before we went out on our daily adventures. Note that all bedrooms are located on the second floor. Property manager was very responsive! We would certainly not hesitate to stay again!

We were very happy with everything the house had to offer! Great communication with hosts made our stay very enjoyable. The house was very clean, nice upgraded amenities, very comfortable beds. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was lovely. Comfy beds, great coffee, a tasty surprise treat from a local bakery, and a terrific layout. The home was very clean and smelled great! The managers could not have been nicer and were incredibly helpful responding to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!

Very nice house

My group and I enjoyed our stay for 2 days for the NCAA tournament. Owner was responsive the entire time and made the process very easy. House is very nice inside. Only complaint is it usually requires Uber rides to get downtown depending on where you're headed but it was a small drawback and the rides we're usually cheap anyway. Recommend the house for sure.

Amazing house with all the comforts of home

This house was perfect for our group, 6 adults total. House was well stocked and the host included so many extra comforts that made it feel so much like home. The kitchen was well stocked and we grilled and made lobster one night. Communication with the hosts were timely. Definitely staying here next time we come to providence.
